GENERAL


^_● You must be over 18 years old when commissioning me for legal reasons, and willing to prove your age legally if needed.

^_● I respect your privacy. That means that your personal information and our discussion about the commission won’t be given to third parties. My public commission queue in Trello shows only your handle, commission type, and the image of finished commission. If you don’t want your commission to be added on Trello or you don’t want your handle to be shared, please let me know. Real names will never be shared.

^_● I have the right to update my Terms of Service at any time. The new changes do not affect commissions that were accepted during the validity of the old Terms of Service.

COMMISSION PROCESS


^_● When I have received the required information about your commission, I will calculate the price and present it to you. After the price is approved, I will start sketching your order. I’ll send you an invoice when you have approved the sketch of your commission. (This doesn’t apply to sketch commission types.) I'll finish the commission when you have paid.

^_● If you want any major changes (like a completely different pose) you must tell me when I’ll show you the sketch.

^_●You can follow your commission progress in my public commission queue (Trello) and ask for WIPs. In my queue I’ll make a checklist for the commission, from which I’ll check off actively when a certain part of the commission has been completed.

^_● If your commission is going to be a gift or a surprise, I’ll wait with the uploading until after you have showed it to the other person. Give me a date for when it is okay to upload it in my own portfolios if this is the case!

^_● Please, let me know if I have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on my mistake, as it was on your reference(s) and I missed it, will always be fixed for free.

^_● If you want me to make huge fixes like modifying scenery a bit or change clothes etc. when your commission is done, I'll charge an additional fee. Notify that I will not completely re-do your commission once it has been completed.

  ➝ If you are concerned about this, you can ask me to send you WIPs of your commission, to avoid these kind of issues.★★★★★^_● After the commission has been finished and both parties are happy with it, you will be provided with a high-resolution file of the finished product (default size about A4, 300dpi, Illustration commission types size is A3, 300dpi) and smaller web friendly file. Other sizes can be provided if requested.

RIGHTS

^_● I have the right to post any drawing I make in my own online galleries and portfolio, unless requested otherwise.^_● If you buy a commission from me, you do not buy the copyrights of the artwork. Which means you are not allowed to:      ×  Claim any of my work as your own.
      ×  Make any money from the artwork unless we make a deal about it.
      ×  Remove my watermarks or signature.
      ×  Having yourself or another artist edit or trace my work.^_● You can use my commission that is made for you on online as your avatar, banner and upload it in your own galleries or social media if you like, but you must give credit to me in the description.^_● You can also order prints, stickers and other products of your commission for your personal use only.^_● I don't support NFT's, which means that you are not allowed, in any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork (including WIPs) for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

TIME

^_● The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.^_● If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.^_● I'll work from the top of the list and down. I can send you a work in progress (WIP) shot anytime if you like!

REFUND

^_● I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.^_● You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.^_● If money has not been sent and I haven’t started the commission, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

PAYMENT

^_● All payment should be in EURO.
If you are unsure how much will be commissions euro currency e.g., in USD, go Googles currency converter.^_● Payment should be made through Paypal Invoice or Bank transfer (SEPA countries).
MobilePay is okay for people who live in Finland!

SHIPPING

^_● I'm shipping only traditional artworks ex. badges.^_● When you are commissioning traditional artwork, be wary of the shipping costs that will raise your commission price. It includes envelope or package, postage fee, packaging, packaging materials and delivery to nearest post office.^_● Possible shipping prices are mentioned in the commission types page.^_● I want to be sure that your order doesn't get damaged while shipping so your order will be wrapped up securely as possible.^_● I'm not responsible of your order to get lost or damaged in shipping, so you will not get refund of your commission. Instead I can give you discount for the same commission.^_● Reminding that all the shipments that I have send worldwide have never got lost so it's uncommon that your order would get lost in mail, but still possible. If your order doesn't reach you after 2 months, let me know so we can figure out what to do.

Bust badge  🔸80 €_^●  Size is about 12x16 cm / 4.72x6.30 inch

Double sided bust badge  🔸150 € - Two different characters or same character in their two forms
  🔸130 € - Same character, different expression, colors..When ordering two different characters in same badge you much understand that drawing area will be limited so characters can't be so hugely different from each others. e.g. character with ears and another without are difficult to combine, but some props can help with this issue such as plant leaves and so on. Please, lets discuss can your characters and props work in double sided badge.Also when ordering name tag to double sided badge, its limits the styles for them e.g. I can't cut text outlines because it will appear backwards on the other side.I prefer that when ordering same character that sides have each different expressions, because in traditional art it would be pain for me get them exactly a like. _{I'm perfectionist :'c}

Ordering multiple badgesMaximum badge order count for one customer is 4. (If you make order with your friends that one letter comes to same address, the maximum badge count to one letter is 6. More can be fit on in XXS package option in Finland)During worldwide situation, there can be some limitations in my postal office that can your order to be send to your country. I will ask your country in very beginning that we can be sure your order can be send.Delivery times:
Scandinavia around 2-5 days, other Europe countries around 3-7 days, other countries around 6-14 days. (This information is from my postal offices website.)

Reference sheet

There is standard ”Base package” for Reference sheet commission where you can put more additional features.If you want less things in your reference sheet than what is included in base package, we can discuss for the right price for you.Prices are indicative, if you had pick many additional features I can give a small discount for you.Very complex character designs can raise the price.
